New Years Resolutions


In 2007, I got to attend Creative Escapes in AZ with Heidi Swapp and a lot of great teachers. One of those was Rhonna Farrer. In Rhonna's class, we did this really fun 21 day challenge book. Psychologists say that if you do something for 21 days in a row, it can be a habit. I don't know about you, but there are some healthy habits I'm adding to my life this year, so I'm finally ready to use my book as a 21 day true confessions journal.
